Attend training sessions, matches, and club events regularly.

Notify coaches as early as possible if unable to attend.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before training sessions and match kick-offs.

Play fairly and within the Laws of the Game.

Accept referee decisions without dissent.

Win with humility and lose with dignity.

Support and encourage teammates.

Parents and guardians play a vital role in creating a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all young players.
Parent Responsibilities

Support All Players

Encourage effort, learning, and enjoyment rather than focusing solely on results.

Applaud good play from both teams.

Respect Coaches and Officials
-
Allow coaches to coach and referees to officiate.

Do not shout instructions from the sidelines.

Raise concerns through the appropriate club channels.

Positive Behaviour
-
Use positive language and behaviour at all times.
-
Never engage in verbal abuse, threatening behaviour, or confrontations.

Promote Fair Play
-
Encourage your child to respect teammates, opponents, officials, and club staff.

Support the club’s values and standards.

Attendance and Punctuality

Ensure players arrive on time for training and matches.

Notify coaches promptly regarding absences.

Report safeguarding concerns immediately to a club welfare officer or committee member.

Match Day Expectations
Parents and spectators must:

Stay within designated spectator areas.

Respect match officials’ decisions.

Encourage rather than criticize players.

Set a positive example for all children present.
Club Kit and Equipment
-
All club-issued playing kit, training wear, and equipment remain the property of the club and/or the club sponsor unless otherwise stated.

Players are responsible for taking reasonable care of all issued items throughout the season.
-
Club-issued kit must be returned in good condition at the end of the season, upon leaving the club, or when requested by club officials.
-
Failure to return club-owned kit or equipment may result in replacement costs being charged and could affect future registration with the club.
-
Players and parents/guardians should report any lost or damaged items to a coach or club official as soon as possible.
Parent & Guardian Responsibility for Club Kit
-
Parents and guardians of youth players are responsible for ensuring that club-issued kit is properly cared for and returned when requested.

Club-issued kit remains the property of the club and/or its sponsor and is provided on loan to players for the duration of the season.
-
Any unreturned or deliberately damaged kit may be subject to replacement costs.
Breaches of Conduct
Failure to follow this code may result in:
